October returns with the warm spirit of Vietnamese Women’s Day 20/10 — a special occasion to honor Vietnamese women in general and the talented women of Minh Hung M&C in particular.
To celebrate this meaningful day, Minh Hung M&C organized a series of appreciation activities to thank our female staff for their silent yet significant contributions throughout the company’s development journey.
Wellness and Team-Building at Golden Lotus Healing World (18/10)
Kicking off the celebration was a bonding and relaxation trip on 18/10 at Golden Lotus Healing World – Thao Dien, a Korean-style wellness space (Jjim Jil Bang).
Our female employees had a chance to step away from daily tasks and enjoy time for themselves through sauna sessions, spa treatments, foot baths and tea rituals — refreshing both body and mind.
Representatives from the Board of Directors and the HR–Administration Department joined the event to congratulate and express gratitude to all the women of Minh Hung M&C, who continuously contribute and spread positive energy across every project.
Minh Hung Radio – Melodies from the Heart
Following the wellness program, a special 20/10 edition of Minh Hung Radio titled “Melodies from the Heart” was broadcast internally.
The show featured music dedications, heartfelt messages and warm wishes from colleagues, creating a touching and uplifting atmosphere that reflects the caring culture Minh Hung M&C has long nurtured.
Flower and Gift Appreciation (20/10)
On 20/10, representatives from the Board of Directors and the HR–Administration Department visited each department to present fresh flowers, small gifts and best wishes to all female staff members.
Though simple, these gifts carried the company’s sincere appreciation for the ongoing contributions and dedication of our women team members.
The three consecutive activities were not only a gesture of gratitude, but also a reflection of the company’s human-centered culture — where people are always at the heart of sustainable development.
